If you have a special talent or hobby and enjoy working with the elderly, come and share your passion with our residents! Our residents are very interested in learning about new things and would welcome the opportunity to meet you.
We also have opportunities for volunteers to assist our residents in our community dining room by serving meals, providing beverages of choice, clearing tables, and engaging in pleasant conversation.
Volunteers should enjoy working with the elderly population, have a comfortable communication style, and possess patience in answering questions. As in working with any group of people, volunteers should also have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well with others. Volunteers will gain experience in working with the elderly and will undoubtedly make friends!
